- Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of our food trucks and trailers, all sales are final once production has begun. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order.
- Defective Items: If your food trailer has a manufacturing defect, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please provide documentation, including photos of the defect.
2. Return Process
